Fall is my favorite season. The smells, tastes, colors, and brisk feel all around make this time of year exhilarating.

I guess in all the excitement of the summer I have undoubtedly neglected to post the fun happenings! I learned how to fly fish this summer, which I have always wanted to do since living in Montana. A friend’s dad took me out a couple of times and, for lack of a better phrase, I’m hooked. There’s an earlier post of fly fishing which we didn’t catch anything, but this trip was much more successful! Above is one of the brown trout I caught. I also caught a rainbow. I have never even seen either of these types of fish so close until this summer. I love Montana, that I know is certain.

My friend Zach and I have gone out climbing several time this summer. Here are a few shots from an area called Blue Cloud which is just a few miles west of Helena. No shots of actual climbing due to the fact that there were only two of us, but here are a few in-between moments.
